Tell California Legislators:
Overreaching Privacy Rules Hurt Small Businesses

The California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) has proposed new regulations to update California’s existing privacy laws. The regulations place unfair burdens on small businesses in our state with overly restrictive standards that carry immediate economic loss for the California economy. Moreover, small businesses would be held to the same standards as mega-corporations who have the resources to appropriately navigate the new regulations, stagnating growth for the local economy at a time when so many small business owners feel the state is moving in the wrong direction.

Send a letter to legislators to let them know that CPPA’s proposed regulations will stifle innovation and make it harder for small business owners to grow the California economy.
